These terms cover your use of the FluentTales app and website. By using FluentTales you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
FluentTales provides illustrated, narrated graded-reader stories for language learners. The first stories of every series are free; the full library requires a FluentTales Pro subscription.
FluentTales Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: $7.99/month or $47.99/year (prices may vary by region), each with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your app-store account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if not cancelled. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your device's subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
All stories, illustrations, audio, and branding are owned by FluentTales and protected by copyright. Stories are created with AI assistance and curated by us; they are for your personal, non-commercial use within the app. Please don't redistribute, resell, or republish them.
FluentTales supports language acquisition but is not an accredited course and doesn't grant certificates. CEFR labels describe our content's difficulty, not your official proficiency.
Don't attempt to copy the content library, reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with the service.
FluentTales is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it available and bug-free but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
